But soon concerns with the Chinese army tightened, Admiral Bradley Wallace (Tom Berenger) decides to evacuate the island. The only refuge for evacuated people is an old submarine on his last trip to Taiwan. Wallace decides to put a callous and forced a retired lieutenant James O Neill (Luke Perry) on the forehead surgery.
James is not happy that care must be taken, and two new guest. However it turns out they are not alone. Andrej has been ordered to carry the snake to the mainland, and to make matters worse, James decided smuggled some of the most poisonous snake mutant, including a huge deadly rattlesnakes. When a Chinese boat attack submarine, horrible animals were released from their container security and begin to secretly follow the crew members. Trapped under the sea, its passengers now have to dread the terrible and poisonous snake while Wallace's concern over a possible international incident and an enemy ship that followed the submarine.
