An emotional tale of love and loss, PERSONAL EFFECTS stars Ashton Kutcher and Michelle Pfeiffer as strangers who connect as they await verdicts on crimes that shattered their lives. Reeling from the death of his sister, Andrew (Kutcher) abandons his athletic career to haunt the courthouse corridors in his hometown, paralyzed by his desire for vengeance.
